Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA. This role is a 36-hour, night shift position within the Maternal Newborn Service, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive perinatal care.

The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and develop individualized care plans for mothers and newborns, ensuring safe outcomes and education for families.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required
• This position works on both L&D and MB. Prior L&D experience preferred.
• OB experience required

Responsabilidades

• Complete assessments and essential care on both Mother and Newborn, administration of medications/treatments, observation of patients progress.
• Provide evidence based care that addresses the physical, developmental, emotional, and psychological needs of mothers, newborns and families from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care plan that is individualized with each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes with a knowledge base of community resources upon discharge.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
