Job summary

The Maternal Newborn Service at Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an experienced RN for inpatient labor and delivery. You will perform assessments of mothers and newborns, administer medications, monitor progress, and coordinate care with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will support families, provide education, and participate in a collaborative, family-centered perinatal team within a Level IIB nursery and lactation services.

Qualifications

• L&D experience required.
• Current MA RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and essential care for mother and newborn.
• Administer medications and monitor progress to ensure safe outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families for post-discharge care and resources.
