Texas Health Resources in Bedford, TX is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The RN will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, assess patients, plan and intervene as needed, and ensure safe, age-appropriate care with seamless handoffs across shifts and facilities.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire required.
BCLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines.
NRP, NRPA and CPI certifications or training within 90 days of hire.
1 year of RN experience; L&D experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
Assesses the patient, plans care, intervenes, and evaluates outcomes.
Incorporates age-specific safety and infection control in patient care.
Maintains continuity of care across shifts and transfers.
