Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity obstetric setting at our Honesdale, PA site. You will monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, document in the EHR, and collaborate with the obstetric team to update care plans.

The role requires a valid RN license with CNOR or obstetric/neonatal certification and at least 2 years of L&D experience, along with strong leadership in handoffs

Qualifications

• Active RN license with CNOR or obstetric/neonatal certification.
• Minimum 2 years in labor and delivery.
• Proficient in fetal monitoring and emergency protocols.
• Experience documenting in EHR and maintaining chart integrity.
• Strong collaboration with obstetric team and care planning.
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety in a high-acuity setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in handoffs and care coordination.
• Ability to educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postnatal care.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Experience/Qualifications
