Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced RN with Labor & Delivery expertise for an on-site role in Ocala, FL. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient vitals and progress, administer meds per orders, and maintain accurate documentation to meet quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in L&D, strong safety focus, solid EMR skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with obstetric and neonatal teams. On-site work with opportunities for certifications and growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and current state board certification, without restrictions.
• Minimum 2 years in labor and delivery nursing with obstetric/neonatal exposure.
• Ability to monitor, document vitals, progress, and medications accurately in real time.
• Strong patient safety focus with timely escalation of clinical issues.
• Proficiency with hospital EMR systems, pipelines, and dashboards for targets.
• Knowledge of regulatory, hospital, and departmental policies and standards.
• Collaborative mindset to work with obstetric and neonatal teams for flow.
• Participation in on-site quality improvement and evidence-based practice projects.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and pursuing certifications.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients and families on procedures and care
