AdventHealth Tampa is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess patients, plan and administer treatments, document outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires Florida RN licensure, an Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), strong clinical skills, and the ability to educate patients and families. Competitive benefits start day one.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.

• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Document care activities in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety compliance.
