Job summary

UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Professional Staff Nurse to join its Labor & Delivery team. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with independent judgment and collaboration with obstetric teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure and 1 year of nursing experience preferred in AC/OB, ED, or ICU settings. Licensure and certifications are required, including BLS/CPR, and NRP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.
• Act 33/34/73 clearances and FBI clearance as required by policy.

Responsibilities
