Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
• Coordinate care with colleagues and community to develop care plans.
• Maintain safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
• Support peers' development and contribute to community service.
