Lower Keys Medical Center is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery with day and night shifts. Eligible for $10K sign-on bonus, along with education support and benefits for full- and part-time roles. Experience in any specialty is welcome, with obstetric care focus in L&D.

The role involves comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, postpartum, neonatal monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe birth outcomes and family education.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience required or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in state of Florida or eligible for licensure.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care in Labor & Delivery.
• Document assessments and care plans accurately in the medical record.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist with procedures and obstetric care under protocol.
• Educate patients and families about pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
