Job summary

UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with every third weekend and holiday rotation. You will perform patient care procedures and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to policy.

Candidates must have a BSN or equivalent and be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin; CPR certification or eligibility within 3 months is required.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or equivalent is required.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure is required.
• CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• The RN performs patient care procedures and skills per nursing standards.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervises delegated nursing acts and collaborates with physicians and other team members.

The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

Education:
