UnityPoint Health-Meriter is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care on the 45-bed IMCU, employing the nursing process to manage acute and chronic conditions with multidisciplinary collaboration.
The role requires BSN or equivalent, Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification, and availability for the initial two weeks of day-shift orientation. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.
Shift: Rotate Days and PMs, 8 & 12 hour shifts with e/o weekend and holiday rotation
The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

RNs on this 45-bed intermediate care unit will use the nursing process to manage acute and chronic illnesses including neurologic, cardiac, metabolic and vascular diseases. Critical thinking is evidenced as our nurses provide complex care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
