Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient‑care team on the night shift. This 0.8 FTE position offers a $43.89+ hourly wage, 32 hours per week, and a rotating schedule with weekends and holidays.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care alongside a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include BSN or related degree, current Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification, and availability for orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related degree.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR certification or eligible to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Available for orientation during first 2 weeks on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per policies and standards.
• Provide direct and indirect care with supervision of delegated nursing acts and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis

Certification/License

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
