Job summary

UnityPoint Health–Meriter seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect patient care, assess plans, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The RN will implement and evaluate care according to hospital policies and care standards, supervising delegated nursing acts as needed.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Wisconsin RN licensure, and CPR certification or eligibility within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSN or another nursing degree.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
• CPR certification or eligible to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Must be available for orientation during first 2 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care per policies and standards.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Shift: Monday-Friday: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with every other weekend and holiday rotation

The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
