Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor & Delivery and Nursery, including couplet care experience. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care for mothers and newborns in a rural community hospital setting, managing approximately 45-50 deliveries per month. The role involves patient assessments, fetal monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The nurse may also float to assist other departments as needed and take on charge nurse responsibilities with additional compensation. A current Hawaii RN license and at least 4 years of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Certifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii.

Scheduling

• Approximately 72-80 working hours every two weeks.
