ARMStaffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for night shift in Kealakekua, HI. The role covers labor, delivery, and nursery care in a rural community hospital setting, with ~45-50 deliveries monthly. Expect 12-hour night shifts and a 13-week contract, plus an additional $2/hr for charge nurse duties.

Ideal candidates have L&D experience, couplet care familiarity, and intermediate fetal monitoring skills, along with an active Hawaii RN license and commitment to patient safety.

Formación

• Must have Labor and Delivery experience.
• Couplet care experience is preferred.
• Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and intervene as needed using fetal monitoring skills.
• Perform couplet care ensuring both mother and infant receive care and support.
• Assume charge nurse duties with an additional $2.00/hr compensation when assigned.
• Float to assist other departments as needed.
