Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery in Spokane for a 26-week assignment. Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a valid state compact license are required.
ACLS, BLS, FHM, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications are needed along with a minimum of 2 years in high-risk labor and delivery, antepartum care, and maternal emergencies. Weekend work and unit floating are required.

Description:This position will float between units as needed.On-call duties are not required.Weekend shifts will be a part of the schedule.The expected patient ratios are 1:2 for labor and 1:3 for antepartum.Candidates must have acute care experience in high-risk labor and delivery.Special requirements include expertise in managing conditions such as pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiple births.Skills in administering various therapies, including magnesium sulfate and insulin drips, are essential.Experience in the management of laboring patients and delivery assistance is required.Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.Two references covering one year of experience in nursing are required.Candidates should not reach out to facility contacts directly unless for an agreed-upon interview.
