Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery on a 13-week assignment. The role requires overseeing labor and delivery units during night shifts (19:00–07:00) with 36 hours per shift. A minimum of 1 year RN experience and BLS certification are required. Current RN license is mandatory.

The unit handles cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries, with patient ratios and resources per AWHONN guidelines. GE fetal monitoring and Meditech EMR are used for documentation.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Must-Have: labor management and circulating cesarean sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for vaginal deliveries and cesarean deliveries.
• Triage and assist in labor and delivery unit operations.
• Monitor and document fetal status using GE fetal monitoring and EMR (Meditech).
• Collaborate with OB team to ensure patient safety and post-delivery care.
