Job summary

Hunter International in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a on-site night rotation (7 pm–7:30 am). This 13-week contract offers pay at $62/hour, roughly $2,232 per week, with a total annualized expectation near six figures.

The RN will provide direct L&D care, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation while adapting to changes in patient conditions.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP and STABLE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records per facility standards.
• Respond to patient condition changes and participate in emergency interventions.
• Float between Labor and Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum as needed.
