Job summary

IV Nutrition in Corte Madera, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director RN to support the Clinic Director, deliver high-quality IV therapy, build client relationships, and keep the clinic running smoothly. This hands-on role offers a path to Clinic Director, requires California RN license, BLS, and infusions experience; strong bedside manner and teamwork are essential; clinic operates 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license - required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification - preferred.
• 1+ year of vascular access or infusion experience.
• Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and with confidence.
• Monitor clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety.
• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all clinical protocols.
• Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience.
• Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service.
• Support daily clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling.
• Act as primary point of contact when the Clinic Director is unavailable.
• Help onboard, train, and support new team members.
