Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Interventional Radiology department in Orlando, FL.

The role involves supporting IR procedures across pre, intra, and post phases with a focus on complex assessments, high-intensity care, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Stepdown or higher experience, and proficiency in IV starts, port access, and moderate sedation.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown level unit or above.
• Interventional Radiology, ICU, Stepdown, Cath, OR, or Emergency Nursing areas are ideal.
• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills, proficiency in IV starts, port access, and administering moderate sedation.
• Independently manage patients before, during, and after procedures with multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized nursing support for diverse IR procedures in pre, intra, and post procedures.
• Care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies with high-intensity monitoring.
• Anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with evidence-based actions.
• Monitor and adjust equipment and interpret electronic records.
