Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional imaging to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures while maintaining strict radiation safety standards. The role includes assisting neurosurgery/interventional radiology teams as scrub or circulator and ensuring proper equipment operation before procedures.

The position requires on-call shifts (8 per 6 weeks) and a commitment to high-quality patient care, documentation, and teamwork within Orlando

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Venipuncture experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and intervention.
• Assists neurosurgeon/interventional radiologist as scrub and/or circulator during procedures.
• Performs general angiography as needed.
• Verifies the operation of imaging equipment prior to all procedures.
• Maintains professional judgment and adheres to radiation safety principles.
