Responsibilities

• Assist imaging team in preparing patients, sedation, monitoring and recovery.

• Prepare cases and assist with intra-operative procedures as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in unit records.
• Identify and report repairs or replenishment needs for equipment.

• - Assists the imaging team in the provision of all imaging services, including patient preparation, sedation, monitoring and recovery
• - Utilizes the nursing process for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care
• - Multi-tasks, organizes, and prioritizes patient care utilizing an efficient, concise and goal outcome process
• - Performs case preparation and intra-operative case execution for department needs
• - Performs documentation on unit and patient records that is timely, accurate and concise
• - Initiates and investigates needed repairs, missing equipment, supplies and other pertinent areas and follows through to ensure resolution
