Schedule

Shift: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM, 1 weekend a month, and 4-5 nights per pay period including weekend call.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards. The role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately and promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license required.
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations.
• Completion of Trinity Profile and background checks.
• Compliance with Trinity's training and orientation requirements.
