Mercy is seeking an experienced RN for the Interventional Care Unit on a full-time day shift. The role involves delivering pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary interventions, including catheterizations, ablations, TAVRs, and bronchoscopies.

The position is three 12-hour shifts per week, with no weekends and no holidays, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance care through innovative procedures and teamwork.

Formación

• RN telemetry experience required.
• Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary procedures.
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients across 12-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care expectations.

Position Details:RN - Interventional Care Unit FT, Days - No Weekends/No Holidays!

3 x 12-hour shifts

The Interventional Care Unit (IVC) is an outpatient telemetry area that provides care for an average of 25–30 patients per day. As a day-shift nurse in the IVC, you will deliver both pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary interventions. These procedures include cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, ablations, TAVRs, and bronchoscopies. All patients arrive from home and are independent with their activities of daily living. This position is scheduled for three 12-hour shifts per week with variable start times.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Must have RN telemetry experience
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: current RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state
