UCHealth Highlands Ranch Pavilion 2 is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in an on-site medical setting. You will perform nursing assessments, care planning, and coordination with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and BLS certification, with at least 6 months of nursing experience. The role offers day shifts with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition; coordinate care across disciplines.
• Educates patient and family appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Delegate care to ancillary staff; may precept students or new hires.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with sound clinical judgment.
