Summary

Seeking Registered Nurse WOW! Baptist Health Floyd, 2BCE Intermediate Part‑time (24 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm) Weekend Only Work (WOW) Benefit Eligible $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced Applicants Only! $$ Self‑Scheduling! Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on‑shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co‑workers.

About the Unit

The 2nd floor Intermediate Unit is a 34‑bed unit specializing in Progressive Care (PCU) or intermediate nursing. With nurse‑to‑patient ratios (4:1), our team provides high‑quality care to adult patients with complex medical needs. Our unit is composed both experienced and new graduate nurses; we work as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality patient centric care. Our team continues building our reputation as a unit everyone wants to be a part of because of teamwork, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment.

Position/Opportunity Highlights

Self‑Scheduling Work every weekend and receive PREMIUM PAY for WOW shifts.
