Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Valid nursing license from the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, and evaluates treatment.
• Administers medications in a safe manner per state practices and policies.
• Acts as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
• Participates in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
