Vetted Solutions is seeking a qualified registered nurse to provide frontline patient care within a collaborative team. The role includes assessing patient needs, planning care, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the care continuum.

The RN will monitor conditions, document findings, and participate in care plan development, all while upholding patient advocacy and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or diploma in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, collaborating on care plans and prioritizing patient flow.
• Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing education and professional development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and professional codes of conduct, participating in shared governance and quality initiatives.
