Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver quality patient care within a collaborative team, following the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

You will ensure patient safety, support pain management, participate in discharge planning, coordinate with the health care team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellent patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS, RN license; TNCC/NIH Stroke scale/other requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Assures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Supports pain management and both pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures.
