Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license (State) required; Compact license acceptable.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and coordinate the care plan with the patient care team.
• Communicate and document patient assessments and changes in condition.
• Promote patient and family-centered care and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
