Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Full Time Night shifts (3/12s). The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with the care team, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and nurses will support patient- and family-centered care. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Nursing degree or Diploma (BSN preferred) with an active RN license and required certifications

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license; ACLS and BLS certifications required upon hire.
• Ability to participate in performance improvement and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate daily patient flow.
• Document patient assessments and changes in condition.
• Uphold safety and professional standards; participate in governance.
