Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (3/12s, 36 hours per week). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team, while upholding professional standards and confidentiality. Responsibilities include care coordination, patient advocacy, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• RN - Registered Nurse license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the patient care team.
• Coordinate care plans and educate patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and quality care.
• Support governance and professional standards within the unit.
