Job summary

The position requires a nursing license, BLS certification, and a commitment to safety and professional standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and the schedule is 3/12s (36 hours per week).

Qualifications

• RN licensure required upon hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and update care plans.
• Deliver and coordinate care according to the plan and policies.
• Communicate care plans with the patient, family, and care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and changes in condition.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
