Job summary

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking an RN Intake/Assessment Coordinator (PRN) to conduct clinical assessments, coordinate admissions, and serve as a liaison between patients, families, referral sources, and care teams. This role supports timely access to behavioral health services and a positive patient/referral experience.

The RN must hold an active license in the state and an ADN is required with BSN preferred; BLS and HWC must be completed within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice required
• BLS and Handle With Care (HWC) certification within 45 days of hire
• Strong assessment and care coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and referral screenings
• Coordinate admissions including insurance verification and authorizations
• Communicate with patients, families, providers, and referral sources
• Maintain referral tracking and census/bed management support
• Advise and support patients and families throughout admission
