Job summary

Prosperity Training Center in Butte, MT, seeks an RN Instructor and CNA Testing Evaluator to lead the Montana Nurse Aide Training Program. The role blends teaching, mentorship, and testing oversight, with potential to become a certified Headmaster CNA Testing Evaluator.

The ideal candidate holds an active Montana RN license, has strong teaching skills, and can manage compliance with NATP requirements. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Facility.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom, skills lab, and clinical settings and deliver approved curriculum.
• Prepare students for successful completion of the CNA program and supervise clinical training.
• Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills and competencies and monitor progress.
• Maintain attendance, competency evaluations, and student records and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Obtain and maintain certification as a CNA Testing Evaluator and conduct state exams.
• Complete testing documentation and assist with scheduling of state-approved examinations.
