Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Instructor and CNA Testing Evaluator for our Montana Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) in Great Falls, MT.

This PRN role blends teaching, mentorship, and workforce development with the opportunity to become a certified Headmaster CNA Testing Evaluator, while maintaining the integrity of the CNA certification process.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Facility.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom, skills lab, and clinicals.
• Deliver approved curriculum and prepare students to complete the program.
• Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills and competencies.
• Supervise students during clinical training.
• Monitor progress and provide coaching/remediation.
• Maintain attendance, evaluations, and records.
• Foster a positive, professional learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with Montana NATP requirements.
