Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is expanding our Online program into Great Falls, Montana, seeking a passionate RN to serve as an RN Instructor and CNA Testing Evaluator for the Montana Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP).

This role combines teaching, mentorship, and workforce development with the potential to become a certified Headmaster CNA Testing Evaluator. The ideal candidate educates future healthcare professionals and upholds CNA certification integrity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• At least one year in a Long Term Facility.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom, skills lab, and clinicals.
• Deliver approved curriculum and prepare students for CNA completion.
• Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills and competencies.
• Supervise students during clinical training.
• Monitor student progress and provide coaching/remediation.
• Maintain attendance, competency evaluations, and student records.
• Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with Montana NATP requirements.
• Obtain and maintain CNA Testing Evaluator certification.
• Conduct and evaluate CNA exams per state standards.
• Ensure testing integrity and confidentiality.
• Complete testing documentation and reporting.
• Assist with scheduling and administration of state exams.
