PAM Health in Covington seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will plan care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospital recovery.

Under supervision of nursing leadership, you may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities; ACLS certification is required within 90 days and BLS is required at hire. Growth opportunities and supportive leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• Evidence-based nursing care on the medical-surgical unit.
• ACLS within 90 days; BLS required at hire; ACLS must be AHA approved.
• One year inpatient med-surgical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide care including discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families for post-hospitalization care.
