PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will participate in discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and ACLS within 90 days are required; ACLS may be required for Charge Nurse roles. Prior inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (for Charge Nurses, ACLS also required).
• One year inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the unit.
• Coordinate and provide patient education for post-hospitalization and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support nursing staff; ACLS certification may be required for Charge Nurse duties.
