Job summary

Sanford Health in Beaver Dam, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process and to collaborate closely with physicians and the care team. You will plan, implement and evaluate care, educate patients, and perform triage and nursing interventions across care settings.

The position features 12-hour night shifts, a full-time schedule with weekend rotation, and a strong emphasis on teamwork within a small community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in the state or multi-state licensure.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and maintains required department competencies and certifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, educate patients, triage and perform nursing interventions within licensure scope.
