Job summary
Sanford Health in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and the care team.
The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and ongoing competencies. Shift is 12 hours, full-time, with 36 hours weekly, and every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a NLC state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
- Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
