Job summary

Sanford Health in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12 hour night shift in a part-time capacity. The RN will provide individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and coordinate care across age groups.

Night shifts and every third weekend/holiday rotation are part of the schedule. Graduate from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
