Job summary

Sanford Health in Beaver Dam is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and a diverse care team, and ensure patient safety across all phases of care. You will hold an RN license (state or multistate) and a nursing degree; BSN preferred.

The position requires night shifts, full-time schedule, and a commitment to standards set forth by the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; BSN not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
