Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care using the nursing practice model. The RN assesses patients, identifies nursing diagnoses, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates responses to care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN License with no stipulations.
• 2 years of RN experience; hospital setting acceptable.
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred.
