Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient care through a professional practice model. Ideal candidates have 1+ year RN hospital experience; Charge Nurse or preceptor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license without stipulations; BLS required within 30 days.
• 1+ year of RN hospital experience; charge nurse or preceptor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to empower informed healthcare decisions.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies; ensure safety and quality.
