Job summary

Stella Maris Inc in Maryland is seeking an Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care to residents during night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). This full-time role includes 72 hours biweekly, with part-time 48 hours biweekly also available.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, coordination of care, supervising nursing assistants, and documenting medical records. Maryland RN license, CPR, and EPIC experience preferred; hospice background preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Maryland.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The essential function of this position is to provide nursing care to residents of Stella Maris.

DUTIES:

• Participates in assessment of patients and assists in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families.
• Provides supervision and coaching to nursing assistants
• Responsible for accurate documentation of medical records according to established guidelines

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• RN licensure in the State of Maryland
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Prior experience in hospice strongly preferred

Min USD $36.25/Hr.

Max USD $55.80/Hr.
