Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of RN inpatient experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IDFPR).
• ACLS within 1 year (AHA).
• BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• Education: Associate’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care across units per scope of service.
• Documents nursing care accurately for team integration.
• Initial patient assessment on admission; develop and implement care plan.
• Update plan of care and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Communicates with team and provides feedback for professional development.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
