Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. seeks a registered nurse to care for inpatient units in Sherman, Texas. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care in accordance with professional standards.

Shifts are 12 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must graduate from an accredited RN program with an active Texas license; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas; BLS required.
• At least 1 year RN experience in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU preferred.
• Post-surgical care and assessment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for inpatient patients.
• Ensure quality and safe patient care; comply with standards.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts Fri-Sun.
