Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse for inpatient care on a night shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am. The RN will plan, direct, coordinate and implement nursing care for inpatients in accordance with standards.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS, and preferably ACLS/PALS; candidate should have strong communication and clinical judgment, with post-surgical care expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• 1 year RN hospital experience in Medical/Surgery or ICU preferred.
• Texas RN licensure current.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS preferred or included in education plan.
• Ability to exercise nursing judgment.
• Prioritization and organization of workload.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic EKG interpretation.
• Post-surgical care and assessment.

Required Skills:
