Job summary

IO Management Company LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in injections for a per diem role. The RN will administer injections safely, educate patients, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain thorough documentation in a clinical setting.

Requires an Oregon RN license and BLS certification with at least 2 years of nursing experience in outpatient or hospital environments. Per diem, $50/hr, variable schedule, and HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections (IM and subcutaneous) per protocols.
• Assess patients prior to injection for safety and appropriateness.
• Educate patients on purpose, benefits and side effects of injections.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of injections and patient responses.
• Follow infection control and medication administration guidelines.
